In August I am starting a group for the woman who wants to feel good about herself and her body, and learn how to incorporate healthy habits into her life. It is NOT a diet group.

This group is for the woman who doesn't want to trade in her wine for her skinny jeans. It's for the woman who is DONE with dieting and ready to start paying attention to her health before that number on the scale. This group is for the woman who has the COURAGE to STOP LETTING HER WEIGHT DEFINE her.

I want you to walk away from this group feeling CONFIDENT, EMPOWERED, INSPIRED and on your way to CELEBRATING YOUR BODY!

This group will focus on eating high-quality, nutritious foods. It's about taking the time to think abut what you're putting in your body and making sure it will serve your health first and foremost. You see, I don't believe in good food or bad food, there is just food. Nutritious food puts you closer to your goals, and makes you feel GOOD!! Preservative and chemically laden food puts you further from your goals, and makes you bloated, and leaves you feeling awful.
Why do I want to run this group?

Well, I've been on every diet: the Cabbage Soup Diet, the low fat diet, the South Beach Diet, the Atkins diet, I've taken pills, starved myself, and drank lemon water and maple syrup for five days. None of these worked, in the long run. I've cried looking into my closet wondering what I can wear that won't make me "look fat." I've blamed my unhappiness on my weight.

BUT, ultimately, I got to a place where I learned to shift my mindset and wound up happier and healthier than I ever thought possible. And I want to teach you to do the same!

Are you worth it? I think you are, but do you? Do you have the COURAGE to find your CONFIDENCE?

This group will teach you to CUT THE CRAP, but still ENJOY FOOD, wine, and a dessert now and then. We will focus on portion control and only 30 minutes of exercise - a type that YOU ENJOY - that doesn't feel like punishment.

There will only be 10 participants selected so it will be based on a first come basis!

How does it work?

1. You make me your coach by going to my Beachbody site and creating a free profile which makes me your COACH!

2. I help you choose the right program for your goals and your preferences.

3. You purchase the challenge pack (workout program + Shakeology) that we chose for your goals.

4. You are required to replace Shakeology with 1 meal each day for the very best results. My goal is to teach you how to plan and prepare the other meals of the day so that you get the results you are looking for. At the end of the 30 days the choice is yours to continue with Shakeology or not.

5. You must check in daily to the private online group to rate your day, be accountable and engage in the group discussion of the day.

That's it! You get to workout in your own home (only 30 minute workouts), but be connected to me 24/7 for support, fitness, recipes, nutrition and tips!

What you can expect from me is meal planning help, choosing the foods you like, or that you require (works with any diet that is vegetarian, gluten-free, or dairy free), support, accountability, tips on how to eat while on vacation or summer travel, suggestions and advice on how to prevent emotional eating, and lots of inspiration and motivation.
