INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp finely chopped garlic
1/4 cup chopped scallions
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients and place meat or fish in shallow baking dish and marinate for 20 minutes in refrigerator. Turn the meat a few times to distribute the marinade evenly. Cook meat/poultry/fish as needed.
