Summer Lovin' Couples Health and Fitness Group

21 Day Fix, Couples group, accountability, weightloss, Beachbody, Autumn Calabrese

Summer lovin' let's have a blast! Strong couples have strong muscles. Instead of one person in a relationship getting healthy, and the other person getting left behind, or dragged along, why not get fit together and support each other in the journey! A couples challenge group!

I'm looking for five couples ready to get serious about their health and fitness. My husband and I will be joining them, and participating in the group as well.  You can be doing the same program together or you could be doing different programs. I am going to continue with the 21 Day Fix, and he's going to join me. He usually lifts at the gym, but not for the next 30 days!

How does it work?

1. You make me your coach by going to my Beachbody site and creating a free profile which makes me your COACH!

2. You purchase the a Beachbody Challenge Pack, I'll help you choose the best program for your goals.

3. You are required to replace Shakeology with 1 meal each day for the very best results. My goal is to teach you how to plan and prepare the other meals of the day so that you get the results you are looking for. At the end of the 30 days the choice is yours to continue with Shakeology or not!

4. You must check in daily to the private online group to rate your day, be accountable and engage in the group discussion of the day.

Follow the meal plan, drink your Shakeology EVERY DAY, press play to a 30 minute workout and hold yourself accountable and I PROMISE you the results will follow!  The group starts on Monday, July 27th!

That's it! You get to workout in your own home (only 30 minute workouts), but be connected to me 24/7 for support, fitness, recipes, nutrition and tips!
