Serve with Hearty Sweet Potato Hash.
This recipe is gluten free and paleo.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 TBSP coconut oil
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 pound ground meant (turkey, pork, beef - I use turkey)
- 1/2 tsp ground sage
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric (optional - but helps decrease inflammation)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat coconut oil in skillet over medium heat.
2. Add onion and cook 2 mins or until translucent.
3. Add garlic, ground meat, and spices.
4. Cook until meat is cooked through.
5. Serve!
